2010 Lessons Learned
The lessons learned are a set of statements supplied by utility companies relative to dimensions of the “environment." The statements encompass the knowledge or understanding gained by experience, which may be positive or negative. The statements describe in a neutral way what did or did not work well, often including clarification of the risk of ignoring the lesson. Lessons learned are primarily developed from information obtained from within an organization or industry, and often compared in contrast to other experiences.
